You might think that the only way to sample the best vegan food from throughout the country all in one day is to spend your life’s savings on a private jet. But this year, PETA is celebrating its 25th anniversary with a star-studded, celebrity-covered gala at Paramount Pictures in Hollywood, California on September 10, complete with a menu prepared by some of the best vegan chefs and restaurants from coast to coast.
